Présidentielle 2019 : Gueum sa bopp investit Bougane
C'est officiel ! Le Président directeur général du groupe de presse D-médias, Bougane Guèye Dany, est candidat à l'élection présidentielle du 24 février 2019. Il a été investi par son mouvement politique, Gueum sa bopp, ce samedi 1 décembre au stade Amadou barry de Guédiawaye. Les 14 régions du pays ainsi que la diaspora étaient représentées à la cérémonie par des femmes et des hommes venus en masse et scandant à tout rompre "Bougane président !".
Visiblement rendu optimiste par la mobilisation de ses militants, le patron de D-médias a poussé l'objectif de 500 mille parrainages, initialement fixé, à 1 million.
Geum sa bopp n'en est pas loin. À une dizaine de jours de la clôture des opérations, prévue le 11 décembre, le mouvement a enregistré 794 881 signatures pour le compte de son candidat à la présidentielle. Un huissier de justice contracté à cet effet, a confirmé ce chiffre.
"Un Sénégal de rupture"
La cérémonie d'investiture d'Amadou Barry était l'occasion pour Bougane de forger sa légitimité, en communiant avec les adhérents de son mouvement, de faire le point des parrainages et de présenter son programme.
Celui-ci est un "pacte de confiance" de 19 points que le leader de Geum sa bopp entend "exécuter dans son intégralité". Les thèmes retenus sont, notamment, "Civisme et culte du travail", "Réduction des dépenses de l'Etat", "réformes institutionnelles", "Bonne gouvernance, lutte contre la corruption et la spoliation foncière", "Santé pour tous", "Éducation et enseignement", "Sécurité, assistance et politique pénale", "Énergie, ressources naturelles et environnement", "Habitat social" et "Tourisme de masse et tourisme religieux".
Avec ce programme, le leader de Geum sa bopp se positionne comme "le fer de lance d'un Sénégal de rupture". Cependant, il compte sur l'engagement de ses partisans pour impulser les changements qu'il prône.
"25 000 milliards pour rien"
"Je ne suis pas politicien, a-t-il déclaré, debout sur une estrade plantée au milieu du stade Amadou Barry, en bras de chemise, micro à la main, décontracté. Je veux changer le visage de mon pays et les conditions de vie des populations. Et ensemble, nous allons aborder 2019, avec des hommes et femmes engagés, pour conduire notre pays au développement."
Bougane signale que depuis 2012 le pouvoir de Macky Sall a investi 25 000 milliards de francs Cfa dans le pays pour "des infrastructures qui n'ont aucune importance pour la population". Il entend changer la donne, corriger l'ordre des priorités. S'il est élu en février-mars 2019.
